The Baltimore Metropolitan Council (BMC) seeks qualified and experienced developers to apply for affordable housing subsidies for either new construction or substantial rehabilitation of an existing property through this Regional Project-Based Voucher (PBV) Program.
Proposals will be considered on a rolling basis in the order they are received. The RFP will be open until Friday, September 15, or until all 84 available vouchers have been awarded, whichever comes first. The RFP applies to multifamily developments and scattered site developments.
BMC will host a pre-proposal conference for interested developers on Thursday, June 15, 2017 at 9:30 a.m.
