Kentucky Housing Corporation received 38 applications requesting in excess of $31 million in Housing Credits, and was able to fund 18 projects with $9,906,747 of 2017 Housing Credits in conjunction with other KHC resources, including funds from the HOME Investment Partnerships Program (HOME) and Affordable Housing Trust Fund (AHTF) totaling $957,700.
