Deputy Executive Director for Housing Production Rob Ellis, after 24 years of service, has announced his retirement. In light of this, several staff changes will be taking place effective July 1, 2017.
Jeremy Ratliff, the Current Managing Director of Multifamily Programs and Asset Management, will be transitioning to General Counsel and Deputy Executive Director, Legal Services.
Tracy Thurston will become the new Managing Director of Multifamily Programs and Asset Management. Tracy has served as managing director of Corporate Planning and Accountability since 2014. Prior to her employment at KHC, she served as director of the Housing Choice Voucher Program at Syracuse Housing Authority and as a senior financial analyst for Quadel Consulting Corporation.
