The Ohio Housing Finance Agency announced allocation increases to 2016 Housing Tax Credit recipients. New credit awards were issued to 35 housing developments, totaling under $3.3 million. A full list of all additional credits reserved is available on OHFA’s website.
In accordance with the Qualified Allocation Plan amendment approved in February, the 2017 pool amounts were reduced proportionally by the total amount of above credits. As a result, all pools were reduced approximately 12%. The final, revised pool schedule is also available online. NH&RA published a prior story regarding the QAP changes.
