Florida Housing will hold a workshop on Tuesday, February 28, at 2:00 p.m. to discuss a Request for Applications (RFA) for development of affordable, multifamily housing in rural development areas. An estimated $15 million in HOME funding is expected to be made available through this RFA. 15% of this funding will be set aside for CHDO Developments.
The meeting will be available in person at Florida Housing Finance Corporation, 227 North Bronough Street, Tallahassee, Florida, 32301-1329 and also available by phone. An agenda will be available prior to the workshop. A webboard announcement will be sent out when it is available. The RFA is expected to be issued on Friday, March 24, 2017. Applications are expected to be due on Friday, April 21, 2017.
