WHEDA’s on-line LIHTC application – LOLA – is now available for the 2017 cycle.  As a reminder, competitive (9%) 2017 LIHTC applications must be submitted electronically by 5:00 PM (Central Time) on March 3, 2017.   The paper copy of the application, nonrefundable fee(s), and required additional documentation must be postmarked no later than March 3, 2017, or delivered to WHEDA’s Madison office no later than 5:00 PM (Central Time) on March 3, 2017.
