Arizona Department of Housing is hosting its 2017 LIHTC Compliance Workshop #1 January 25-26. Arizona’s 2017 QAP requires that property managers attend ADOH approved compliance training annually, while developers and consultants are required to attend a minimum of every 5 years.
The registration cut-off date is January 10.
