The Housing Credit Management System is now open for the acceptance of 2017 Initial Applications for 9% Competitive Housing Credits. The THDA website has been updated with the2017 HCMS Training Guide to assist you with the online portion along with a Document Stacking Order for the Phase 2 Initial Application Attachments.
THDA will host an informational webinar on HCMS, on December 19, 2016 at 1:00 PM Central. Instructions for the meeting will be sent out early next week.
