The Multifamily Division of the Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will hold the initial planning meeting for the 2018 Qualified Allocation Plan (“QAP”) and Uniform Multifamily Rules on December 14, 2016. The meeting will be held from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm, Austin local time, in Room 170 of the Stephen F. Austin building at 1700 N. Congress.
The agenda for this meeting will include presentation of the 2018 QAP project plan, and gathering input regarding topics to be considered in coming year. Meeting materials will be posted to the Department’s website http://www.tdhca.state.tx.us/multifamily/nofas-rules.htm prior to the meeting.
