Applegate & Thorne-Thomsen is pleased to announce that Andrew P. Massmann has been admitted as a Partner in the firm. Andy focuses his practice on affordable housing and community development law and commercial real estate. He represents non-profit and for-profit developers, investors, tax credit syndicators, and lenders who are building or preserving affordable housing and mixed use developments. Andy also represents clients in a variety of commercial real estate transactions.
Andy joined the firm in 2015. Before joining the firm, Andy represented and advised clients in a wide variety of commercial real estate transactions, including affordable housing, acquisition, disposition, development, finance, leasing and mixed use condominium and master planned community matters.
