Delaware State Housing Authority (DSHA) is pleased to announce that Vanessa McCall has joined the agency as its new Director of Housing Finance. A Philadelphia native, she previously worked in the credit union industry and is the former CEO of Newport Site Credit Union and a former Board Member of Del-One Federal Credit Union.
She earned her MBA at Temple University and is an active community leader. She also is a former Online Facilitator/Professor in Accounting and Finance for the University of Phoenix.
In her new position, Vanessa will oversee operations of DSHA’s Housing Finance division, which finances low-rate mortgage loans, tax credits and down payment assistance for qualified first-time and repeat Delaware homebuyers.
