HUD recently released a memo regarding the due dates for mixed-finance transactions intended to close by December 31, 2016. For these transactions, the following submission schedule must be adhered to:
November 7, 2016: Complete Development Proposals must be submitted. This includes revised versions in instances where HUD has requested a revised proposal.
November 14, 2016: Final, unexecuted evidentiary materials must be submitted. No changes may be made to these materials after this date unless requested by HUD.
HUD further asks that every effort be made to close deals prior to December 21, 2016. For detailed information, please reference the memo.
