Ryan Hatten, Associate: Ryan focuses his practice on affordable housing and community development transactional work, representing developers, non-profits, tax credit syndicators, investors, and lenders in projects involving various sources, including low income housing tax credits, New Markets Tax Credits, HUD-insured products, FHA-insured loans, local, state, and federal subsidies, and other public and private funding programs.
