The Texas Department of Housing and Community Affairs will hold a Multifamily Direct Loan Rule Roundtable on Thursday, September 22nd, from 9:00 am to 12:00 noon Austin Local Time, in Room 116 of TDHCA offices at 221 East 11th Street, Austin. The purpose of the Roundtable is to gather stakeholder input as the Department creates a new rule to govern Multifamily Direct Loan Program activities.
