Idaho Begins First Round of 2017 LIHTC Applications – Due Sept. 2nd

Idaho Housing and Finance Association has opened the first LIHTC application period for 2017. Applications are due by 5:00 pm on Friday, September 2^nd. This round includes the following available funds:

• $809,096 in non-targeted annual tax credits
• $588,363 for the Special Housing Need Set-Aside
• $388,909 for the Rural Set-Aside
• $388,909 for the Preservation Set-Aside
