The Board of Directors of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) adopted the 2016 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Procedures pending the Governor’s approval.
Please join CHFA for a discussion on the 2016 QAP, the LIHTC application process and new Guidelines.
Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) staff will also be present to discuss the availability of its funding in support of this round.
Applications will be due November 9, 2016.
