NH&RA Board Member Amy M. Glassman, an attorney for Ballard Spahr’s Real Estate Department, has joined the firm’s partnership. Amy works within the Housing, Government-Assisted Housing, Government Relations, Regulatory Affairs and Contracting Practice Groups.
Amy advises public housing authorities, developers, nonprofits, and other recipients of HUD funds in regulatory, administrative, and transactional matters. She helps HUD funding recipients comply with federal program guidelines, particularly related to Section 8 and public housing. Before becoming a lawyer, Amy was an affordable housing consultant.
