Connecticut Proposes Amendments to LIHTC Procedures and QAP

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) hereby notifies the public of proposed amendments to the following:

• 2016 LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan
• LIHTC Procedures

Copies of the proposed amendments are available at the above links or by calling  (860) 571-4357.

All interested persons may submit written data, views and comments in connection with the proposed amendments to the LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan and/or LIHTC Procedures no later than June 10, 2016 to:

LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan Public Hearing 

CHFA will hold a public hearing on the LIHTC Qualified Allocation Plan on May 25, 2016 at 10 a.m. at the CHFA Board Room, 999 West Street, Rocky Hill CT.  Written statements, in place of or in addition to oral statements, may be submitted at that time, but no later than 4 p.m. on June 10, 2016.
