The Draft 2017-2018 Qualified Allocation Plan and related documents have been posted to the April 2016 Public Hearings page of the MSHDA website. Go to www.michigan.gov/mshda, click on Developers, then select Low Income Housing Tax Credit. On the main LIHTC page, you will find the “April 2016 Public Hearings” link under the Events section.
Comments will be taken at four public hearings to be held in Lansing, Detroit, Grand Rapids and Sault Ste Marie on April 28 and 29, 2016. Written comments will also be accepted until 5 pm Friday April 29, 2016.
