A Pre‐Registration Form is a one‐page document for an applicant to complete for each property for which any such applicant intends to apply for Low‐Income Housing Tax Credits, regardless of whether such tax credits are expected to be allocated from within or outside of (tax‐exempt bond financed properties) the State Housing Credit Ceiling. An applicant must complete the Pre‐Registration Form and submit it to the Fund on or before Thursday, April 7, 2016. This includes properties applying to the Top Off Set‐Aside Category.
Please register your property as soon as possible. Any property that is not pre‐registered by April 7 will be unable to apply for tax credits in 2016.
Once you have pre-registered, you will receive an email notification from the Fund that your pre-registration has been received.
