New Hampshire Housing posted a revised 2017 QAP draft. As a result of concerns voiced during the 2017 QAP public hearing regarding the use of walkscore, the agency proposed changes to HFA:109.07.A. 10. to include another qualifying component – Community Center Area. The proposed change results in three ways a project may receive the points for this category. To address investment limit comments, HFA:109.04 C has been revised to state circumstances whereby the $190,000 investment limit may be exceeded after initial application.
New Hampshire Housing intends to present a draft copy of the 2017 QAP to the Multi-Family Working Group on Friday, April 8, 2016 and would appreciate receiving written comments by Wednesday, April 6, 2016. Please review the revised draft and submit written comments to tperkins@nhhfa.org.
