The TCAC Sustainable Building Method Workbook and webpage have been updated for 2016 applications.
The 2016 Workbook has been updated to reflect the TCAC Regulations adopted October 21, 2015. The format of the Workbook Excel file has also been changed. The changes include:
- A summary sheet, labeled Energy Analysis Requirements, providing modeling and document submission requirements, energy analyst qualification requirements, and TCAC regulation requirements. This replaces and consolidates the Project Submission Requirements, New Construction Verification Qualifications, and Rehabilitation Verification Qualfications sheets of previous Workbook versions.
- The point scoring information has been removed from the Application and Placed in Service sheets and is instead summarized in the New Construction and Rehabilitation Point Scoring sheets.
- The Minimum Construction Standards sheet has been updated to reflect regulation changes.
- The TCAC Existing Multifamily Assessment Report Template has been updated.
