Washington State Housing Finance Commission is holding a Public Hearing on January 28, 2016, at 1 p.m. in the boardroom at the Commission’s offices at 1000 Second Avenue, 28th Floor, Seattle, to solicit public comment on its proposed Draft 2016-2017 Housing Finance Plan (PDF).
Written public comment is invited and should be received by 5 p.m., Tuesday, January 26, 2016, in the offices of the Washington State Housing Finance Commission, 1000 Second Avenue, Suite 2700, Seattle, WA 98104-1046.
The Housing Finance Plan provides the general policies of the Commission and specific policies regarding Commission programs. It also outlines the manner in which the Commission intends to issue bonds and allocate and use other financial resources.
The Commission will consider the public testimony and written comments on proposed changes made to its housing finance plan prior to adoption of the plan.
