The Arizona Governor’s Office of Energy Policy is no longer available to provide the inspections described in the Qualified Allocation Plans for 2013, 2014 and 2015. Therefore, the Arizona Department of Housing has implemented new procedures to clarify the requirements for energy inspections related to Low Income Housing Tax Credit projects which received allocations in 2013, 2014 and 2015.
