Idaho Housing and Finance Association publicly posted the 2016 LIHTC QAP for review. A Public Hearing has been scheduled to allow developers the opportunity to provide comment on the QAP. This year, the Hearing will take place on November 5th at 9:30 a.m. However, we will also be seeking additional comment from each of you concerning a new section within the QAP that promotes the inclusion of permanent supportive housing (PSH) within LIHTC developments.
In conjunction with Brady Ellis, Homeless Programs Manager, IHFA would like to invite you to attend a developer forum to review and discuss PSH and how it can reasonably and successfully be created and operated using LIHTC resources. The meeting will be held in Idaho Housing and Finance Association’s first floor conference room, 565 West Myrtle Street, Boise, on October 29th at 9:30 am. We hope to see you there.
