The Department of Housing and Urban Development Office of Public Housing Investments issued a schedule for processing mixed-finance projects intending to close by the end of the 2015 calendar year. The due dates include:
- November 6, 2015: Submit a complete Rental Term Sheet (RTS) and Mixed-Finance proposal.
- November 16, 2015: Submit final, unexecuted evidentiary materials.
HUD requests that projects close before December 22, as there will be a limited number of staff in the office between December 23 and 31.
