Sherry Bossie retired as West Virginia Housing Development Fund Senior Director of Tax Credits and Compliance. Sherry has been with the Fund for 26 years. She is nationally known for West Virginia’s Low-Income Housing Tax Credit Program. Sherry began her career with the Fund in 1989 as the Fund’s Financial Management Officer. During her time at the Fund, she set-up the Internal Audit Department, Quality Control, and Tax Credits.
She has been a valued member of senior management at the Fund and has underwritten innumerable multi-million dollar residential rental housing deals during her tenure. Her work has assisted in producing or improving nearly 14,000 residential rental units in West Virginia.
