A workshop for RFA 2015-112, SAIL Financing of Affordable Multifamily Housing Developments to be used in Conjunction with Tax-Exempt Bond Financing and Non-Competitive Housing Credits, is scheduled for September 3, 2015, beginning at 1:30 p.m. (Eastern Time). The workshop will be accessible via telephone and the call-in information is posted to the Website http://www.floridahousing.org/Developers/MultiFamilyPrograms/Competitive/2015-112/. The workshop will be held in the 6th Floor Seltzer Conference Room at Florida Housing Finance Corporation’s offices (227 North Bronough Street, Tallahassee, Florida) for interested parties who wish to attend in person.
Florida Housing expects to post a draft of the proposed RFA and the agenda for the workshop by August 27, 2015. A WebBoard notice will be issued when this information is available.
