Victory Programs is a Boston-based non-profit organization dedicated to helping homeless individuals and families who may have substance use disorders, which are often accompanied by chronic health issues such as HIV/AIDS, Hepatitis C and mental illness, regain health. Tony Bertoldi joined CREA in 2009 and opened the Boston office. Bertoldi earned a bachelor of arts in economics and real estate from the University of Connecticut and holds a MBA in finance from Boston University. Additionally, Bertoldi received an MAI designation earlier in his career.
