The Notice of Proposed Rulemaking for Rule 67-21.003, F.A.C., was approved by the Board of Directors at the August 7, 2015 Board Meeting. Florida Housing Finance Corporation will hold a Rule Hearing concerning this Rule on September 1, 2015, beginning at 11:00 a.m., Eastern Time. The rule hearing will be available by telephone or interested parties may attend in person at Florida Housing’s offices located at 227 N. Bronough Street, Seltzer Room, Suite 6000, Tallahassee, Florida.
