Connecticut Seeks Authorized Delegates to Monitor Compliance for LIHTC

The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) requests written proposals from qualified firms to serve as CHFA’s “Authorized Delegate” for Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) compliance monitoring.

Proposals should be directed to: George Rapp, CPM, Manager II, Multifamily Housing, Connecticut Housing Finance Authority, 999 West Street, Rocky Hill, CT  06067-4005.

Responses must be received at the above address no later than 12:00pm (noon) on September 30, 2015. Email and facsimile responses will not be accepted.
