The Board of Directors of the Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) adopted the 2015 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) and Procedures pending the Governor’s approval. Please join CHFA for a discussion on the 2015 QAP that will include the LIHTC application and NEW SharePoint processes. The event will be Friday, September 18, 2015 at The Lyceum, 227 Lawrence Street, Hartford, CT, 9:00 a.m. – noon. Applications will be due November 9, 2015. Connecticut Department of Housing (DOH) will also be present to discuss its funding availability in support of this round. Look for DOH guidance on its application review criteria to be published soon.
