City Real Estate Advisors Closes Tax Credit Fund That Raised $238.6

City Real Estate Advisors (CREA) announced the closing of CREA Corporate Tax Credit Fund 43, LLC (Fund 43). The fund raised a total of $238.6 in capital from 13 investors, four of which are new to CREA. Since inception, CREA has raised more than $2.7 billion in LIHTC equity in 44 corporate funds.

The fund is fully specified with 28 properties in 15 states, creating 2,714 units of housing, and two secondary interests in CREA syndicated national funds. There were four investment classes offered — Premium Class, Class A, Class CRA I and Class CRA II.
