Oregon Housing and Community Services released the 2015 Notice of Funds Availability for Veterans Multifamily Affordable Housing. The NOFA includes the allocation of $3,000,000 in Veterans GHAP funds to build multifamily affordable housing for veterans. 813-013 Vertical Housing Program
- Requires a permanent certificate of occupancy once an application has been delivered to the department for new construction projects.
- Temporary Rules are in effect through August 24, 2015.
- Public Hearing Scheduled: June 22, 2015 at 9:00 a.m.
813-044 Home Ownership Assistance Program of the Oregon Housing Fund
- Incorporates language to provide veterans, as defined in ORS 408.225, with down-payment and other funding assistance.
- Temporary Rules are in effect through September 5, 2015.
- Public Hearing Scheduled: June 22, 2015 at 10:00 a.m.
813-110 Oregon Affordable Housing Tax Credits: Affordable Housing Project Certification
- Amends the definition of ‘Cap’ to clarify that the department calculates tax credit availability based on the actual number of tax credits allocated at any time.
- Temporary Rules are in effect through September 13, 2015.
- Public Hearing Scheduled: June 22, 2015; 9:00 a.m.
