On March 24, 2015, from 2:00-4:00pm EST, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development Rental Assistance Demonstration (RAD) Team will offer a training on the relocation rules applicable to 1st Component public housing conversions. HUD highly recommends this training for public housing authorities (PHAs) and any of their development partners who anticipate any resident relocation as part of the RAD conversion. This training is designed to help PHAs identify relocation issues early in the process so as to avoid processing delays and additional costs to the PHAs.
