- You must submit a pre-application prior to your mandatory preservation session. See submission requirements and more information.

- New this year: Intent to Apply due May 19 – This form is the first step in submitting your completed RFP application, and allowing Minnesota Housing to order an appraisal for the subject property and set up your online submission account. Intent to Apply forms will be available in April and are due May 19.
- This year applicants will only need to submit one hard copy of their completed RFP application. A complete electronic copy will be uploaded to box.com.
- When application materials for the 2015 RFP and 2016 HTC Round 1 are posted on our website, you will see fewer submittals required and a new Excel format for the Self-Scoring Worksheet for HTC applications.
- Community Profiles for scoring this year’s applications are now available.
