The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority (CHFA) released a Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the State of Connecticut Housing Tax Credit Contribution Program (HTCC).

CHFA is making available $10 million in state tax credits to non-profit applicants that plan to create housing opportunities in the following classifications:

  • Workforce Housing ($1 million)
  • Supportive Housing ($2 million)
  • Other Housing Opportunities ($7 million)

Applications for funding under this NOFA must be submitted electronically through the State of Connecticut’s Biznet user portal using the Consolidated Application no later than 4:00 PM on May 1, 2015.
