Massachusetts DHCD’s Division of Housing Development will hold information sessions on Monday, February 9th, and Thursday, February 12th, to help developers and consultants prepare for the Department’s upcoming rental funding competition. The information sessions will begin at 1:30 p.m. on both days. The sessions will be held on the second floor at 100 Cambridge Street, Boston, MA 02114. Space is limited: interested parties should RSVP to franklin.miller@state.ma.us.
The Notice of Funding Availability (NOFA) for the spring 2015 rental competition has been posted on DHCD’s website. Please read the NOFA with care, as certain requirements are new. In addition, please note that pre-applications will be due on Friday, February 20, 2015, with full applications, by invitation only, due on Thursday, April 23, 2015.
