The DevCo Online Application for the 2015 Housing Tax Credit Proposal Application Round opens this Friday, January 16. The DevCo Online Application Guide and Instructions document is now available on the OHFA website.
The Annual Operating Survey is required for Housing Tax Credit properties in their compliance period. The survey for the 2014 calendar year is now available on the Annual Owner Reporting page of the OHFA website. The deadline for submitting the annual operating survey is Friday, February 27, 2015.
The Phase I Environmental Review Standards for HOME-funded and OHTF-funded projects have been updated and are available on the OHFA website.
