DSHA announces that the 2015 LIHTC QAP has been approved and is effective as of January 7, 2015. The application process is now open and submissions for the 2015 LIHTC application cycle will be accepted until 3:00 p.m. on April 30, 2015 at 18 The Green, Dover, DE 19901. All QAP documents can be found on the agency’s website. A separate notice will be sent on the LIHTC Web-based application availability later this month.
