The application form for the 2015 LIHTC application round has been revised and is posted to the Arkansas Development Finance Authority (ADFA) Website.

The revisions include:

  1. Self-Score Sheet in Application—modifying point criteria item # 12 Site Selection to include a box for “Hospital or Doctor’s Office within 2 miles of site.”
  2. Attachment P—clarified the date that a State Housing Agency must send form back to ADFA.
