The Ohio Housing Finance Agency (OHFA) announced that the deadline for applicants to submit DevCo Online Application Registration Forms for members of their development team for the 2015 Competitive Housing Tax Credit Round is Friday, December 19, 2014.
The third issue of the FAQ for the 2015 QAP has been posted to the OHFA website.
OHFA will hold a DevCo Online Application User Training for individuals who will be completing the online application for the 2015 Housing Tax Credit Program. Registration will be available soon for the training to be held on Tuesday, January 6, 2015 from 9:30 AM – 12:30 PM at the Ohio Department of Transportation (ODOT) Auditorium.
An updated Bond-Gap award chart for the 2015 Bond-Gap Financing (BGF) Program has been posted to the OHFA website. Due to a project not moving forward, the NY Portfolio project initially on the waiting list has been awarded BGF funding.
The Multifamily Lending Program is not limited to housing tax credit developments that are applying in 2015 and beyond. Projects that were allocated credits in 2014 are also eligible to participate in the MLP program. A draft of the 2015 Housing Development Loan Guidelines has been posted to the OHFA website for public review and comment. Given the nature of the proposed changes to requirements and eligible use of this resource, the comment period has been extended to January 1, 2015 to gather additional feedback from development partners.
