Grace Robertson, a longtime analyst with the Internal Revenue Service (IRS) recently announced her retirement from the agency. Grace has served as a senior program analyst and technical advisor with the Section 42 program for 15 years. She has been a valued resource regarding technical LIHTC issues and recently has been the primary author of the LIHTC Newsletter, which provides a forum for networking and sharing information about the LIHTC program, and communicates technical knowledge and skills, guidance, and assistance for LIHTC issues.
IRS recently hired a new senior program analyst, Milton Pagan, for the LIHTC program. Milton has been with the Service for over 27 years, with assignments including the Examination of Income, Ponzi/Investment Theft Losses, Fraud, and the Whistleblower Program. Milton is located in San Diego, California.
