The Connecticut Housing Finance Authority Board of Directors approved the draft 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan (QAP) at a meeting on May 6, 2013. There will be a public hearing to discuss the proposed changes on Wednesday, June 6, at 9 a.m. EST at the CHFA offices in Rocky Hill, Connecticut.

Minnesota Housing is now accepting pre-applications for an award of 2025 four percent Housing Tax Credits (HTC) for projects expected to be financed with tax-exempt volume limited bonding authority from Minnesota Management and Budget (MMB).
The 2025 draft of CHFA’s Transit-oriented Communities (TOC) Credit Allocation Plan is now available for review on CHFA’s website.
