The California Tax Credit Allocation Committee (CTCAC) released two reminders to previous tax credit recipients:
- All 2011 low-income tax credits recipients of 9% competitive credits must submit documentation to demonstrate the progress of the project and its continuing feasibility in order to meet the Final Reservation criteria. All required documentation must be received by Friday, February 1, 2013. To review the submission requirements, click here.
- All 2012 1st Round competitive low-income housing tax credit recipients must submit their materials to demonstrate that the project is construction-ready in order meet the readiness criteria. In November, CTCAC amended its regulations to extend Readiness to Proceed deadline of 180 days after the credit reservation date by an additional 30 days.
