The Virginia Housing Development Authority has made corrections to its 2013 Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) Reservation Application and updated its Rural Development Priority list. Applicants can find these updated documents on VHDA’s website.
Corrections to the Reservation Application include:
- More choices available under Developer Experience drop-down menu (pg. 4)
- Added Tax Credit Fee Calculation (pg. 19)
- Fixed Universal Design Scoring
- Fixed Calculation of Efficient Use of Resources for Tax Exempt Bond deals.
