The Ohio Housing Finance Agency has released its 2013 Affordable Housing Funding Application (AHFA) and supporting materials for applicants of the Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) program, Housing Development Assistance program and the Housing Development Loan program. OHFA wishes to remind applicants that the deadline to submit requests for exceptions to specific program requirements to the LIHTC program is January 17, 2013. Applicants must also commission their market studies by January 24, 2013 in order to be considered. Proposal applications to the LIHTC program are due by February 21, 2013.
