The Georgia Department of Community Affairs (DCA) has released a final version of its 2013 Qualified Allocation Plan for the allocation of federal and state Low-Income Housing Tax Credits as well as HOME funds. The QAP is currently pending approval from the state’s governor. For updates, please check the DCA’s website.
Applications for the competitive round are scheduled to be due on June 13, 2013. DCA has not yet released the 2013 application and instructions.
DCA will host an Application Workshop on February 14, 2013 at the Cobb Galleria Centre, Atlanta, GA, from 8:30am- 3:30pm. Interested individuals may register online. There is an application fee of $125 to attend. For more information and to register, please click here.
