Due to Hurricane Sandy, New York State’s Home & Community Renewal (HCR) has announced that it will extend its deadline for Unified Funding applications from November 29, 2012 to January 8, 2013. The Unified Funding application applies to the following programs: federal and state Low-Income Housing Credit (LIHC), New York State HOME program (NYS HOME), the Housing Trust Fund (HTF), Section 8 Project Based Vouchers (PBV), the Urban Initiative (UI), the Rural Area Revitalization Initiative (RARP), and the Infrastructure Development Demonstration Program (IDDP).
HCR staff will continue to provide assistance to applicants and hold pre-application technical assistance meetings upon request.
