The Pennsylvania Housing Finance Agency has extended application deadline for the first cycle of Low Income Housing Tax Credit allocations through Wednesday, November 7, 2012 at 3:00pm. The original deadline was November 2, 2012. The first cycle has been set aside for projects being developed in urban areas. The second cycle is currently scheduled for to have an application deadline of February 15, 2013. This cycle will be for projects located in rural areas.
In light of PHFA’s extension for the 2013 LIHTC application deadline, the Pennsylvania Department of Community and Economic Development has agreed to extend their application submission deadline to November 7th as well.
